Haya Water has launched the customer service centre. The company believes that it is vital to provide multi-faceted information about the company and the project to the public in a sophisticated and modern way in order to accomplish the desired goals.

This new service is another link between the company and the people besides the web site of the company, exhibitions and the different meetings held by the company with the different groups of the society in Muscat governorate to impart knowledge about the project.

The Services

The center will provide information especially about the implementation phase, areas would be covered by the project and the relative dates of the master plan of the project to the callers who might be either the citizens or the residents of Muscat Governorate both in English and Arabic. It will inform the people about the benefits of the project in terms of public health and other socio-economic profits. Sending informative short SMS is another service to be provided by the call center.
