DEVELOPMENT OF AL ANSAB WETLAND AND HAYA WATER HEADQUARTER CAR PARK

SYNOPSIS OF SCOPE

This Contract involves the following general activities:

•        Excavate and dispose contaminated soil from Waste Lagoon ‘A’ to approved tip off.

•        Earth work cut and fill required to grade FGL to +49.15m.

•        Slope protection works for embankments

•        Construction of shaded seating arrangement for visitors, 2 months from start of the project

•        Construction of shaded parking for two buses and five golf carts

•        Construction of access road to wetland site office to be within 3 weeks from start of the project

•        Construction of access path for golf carts from visitor’s park to the wetland temporary site office to be done in 1 month time from start of the project

•        Disposal of contaminated soil from Lagoon A

•        Supply and installation of area lights including cables and panels.

•        Construction of drainage system for the car park area.

•        Landscaping for the car park, visitors park area, Park and buffer zone.

•        Design and construct irrigation system suitable and adequate for the landscape area.

•        Works other than the above but detailed in the tender drawings, Bill of quantities and specifications.
