MODIFICATION OF EXISTING AL ANSAB CENTRAL LABORATORY

SYNOPSIS OF THE PROJECT SCOPE

The scope of work for the modification of Ansab Laboratory shall include but not be limited to the following:

• Demolition, Dismounting and Shifting Works

• Civil Works

• Supply, fabrication and installation works

• Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of Equipment/System and Ductworks

• Gas supply and installation of Pipelines

• Electrical supply and associated works 

• Water supply, Drainage system, Plumbing and Other Mechanical Works

• Re-painting

Any other related works which may be required for the completion of the works shall deemed to have been included in the price quoted. Works other than that listed above shall be inferred as related works required to complete the works in the opinion of OWSC.

Prior to tendering, the contractor shall inspect the project site, and assess the quantum of work, nature of work to be carried out, requirements of resources and any other related works to be carried out to complete the works and accordingly quote the lump sum cost in the Bill of Quantities.
