SYNOPSIS OF SCOPE OF WORK
The Scope of works comprises of :‑
Construction and maintenance of proposed
mezzanine floor extension for store and
office at Al-Ansab (approx. area 200 m2)
The major components of works are:
1 Demolition of relevant portions of the
existing building as per the drawings
2 Pre-engineered structural steel works
for the building
3 The entire civil and M&E works for the
building
4 Co-ordination with the statutory
authorities for all permissions/approvals as
and when required.
The scope of works is not limited to the
description above, but cover the entire
construction works,
utilities’ connections, maintenance till the
specified period etc. as detailed in the
Tender documents
and the Tenderer shall include all costs
necessary to complete the whole of the
project works to the intent of the Employer. |
