PRICE AGREEMENT FOR SUPPLY OF

CHEMICAL DEODORIZER (BIOLOGIC SR2) FOR ONE YEAR

The tender document may be purchased by vendors registered with Tender Board who have sufficient experience in the works mentioned above, from the Contracting Section, Finance Department.

Bid Bond:                              1% of bid value, in favour of Haya Water valid for 90 days from date of submission

Sealed Tenders along with all required documents shall be placed in Haya Water tender box with the tender title written on the cover and without any identity of the tenderer.

SYNOPSIS OF SCOPE OF WORK

CHEMICAL DEODORIZER (BIOLOGIC SR2)

1.            Contractor must provide 6 month warranty period for all the consignment supplied from the date of receipt or shall be stated in technical submission along with MSDS.

2.            Price quoted by the Contractor must include/cover Cost, Insurance, Freight, Custom Duty, Clearing & Forwarding Charges and Delivery cost up to specified Haya Water location (Al Khodh and Shatii Al Qurum)

3.            Contractor shall offload CHEMICAL DEODORIZER (BIOLOGIC SR2) with expert laborers and wearing the proper PPE e.g. Coverall, Safety Shoes, Helmet with face shield & Hand Gloves (this is mandatory for all the vendors to comply).

4.            Contractor shall provide the safety symbol (03 each) for CHEMICAL DEODORIZER (BIOLOGIC SR2) transport, which necessary & recommended according to international standard as & when vehicle on road (Sign-Plate Size 25.3cm X 25.3cm) (this is mandatory for Contractor).

5.            Quantity required is 7200 litres @ 600 litres per month for 12 months; tentative commencement will be in May 2010.
