SYNOPSIS OF SCOPE OF WORKS/SERVICES
1.0
INTRODUCTION
This Contract Scope of Work (SOW) is for the
Construction of Boundary Wall and
Drainage System at MSQ STP. It includes
civil, structural and electrical works as
specified in Section 7.
The structure of this SOW is bound to
confirm that the Contractor shall adhere to
the Haya Water policies, Health, Safety and
Environmental commitments, and to ensure
that the undertakings shall be safe and to
carry out according to the specified
standard quality.
2.0
DESCRIPTION OF
WORKS
a. The
work comprises the construction of
approximately 669 meter of Boundary Wall
including plaster and paints as per drawing
and site plan.
b. The
contractor shall prepare Shop Drawings which
include Wall Alignment, Height, Elevation
and mark at site the wall alignments for the
approval by HAYA or by the consultant
designated by Haya Water to supervise the
project.
c. Contractor
to construct 2Nos. of Wadi crossing as per
drawing, location of wadi crossing is
approximate. Actual Location and length will
be determined at site in liaison with Haya
Water.
d. Contractor
to construct a storm water channel in order
to collect the rain water and as shown in
the design drawings.
e. Contractor
to construct 2 Nos. Box culvert as per
location shown in the site plan and drawing.
f.
The contractor
to provide two cast aluminum gates of 5
meter wide and to HAYA approval.
g. Contractor
to make leveling in order to make sure that
all rain water goes towards the proposed
wadi channel.
h. Contractor
shall excavate the site after getting permit
from HAYA and shall take necessary
precautions to avoid any damage for the
existing services (cables, pipes).
